Delivery Policy

All products sold by TechHub IT Solution are delivered electronically — there is nothing physical to ship. This policy explains how and when you receive your purchase.

What you receive

Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an order confirmation email. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive two separate emails:

• The first email contains your invoice.
• The second email contains your licence key(s) and, where applicable, a secure download link for your products.

Your products are delivered automatically through our secure delivery system. If you have not received any of the above emails, please first check your spam/junk folder, then contact us at support@livezentech.com.

Delivery times

• Order confirmation is immediate.
• Invoices are dispatched within 10 minutes of your payment.
• Fulfilment of your order and allocation of the products is completed within 24 hours of your payment.
