Refund & Return Policy

At TechHub we want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains when and how you can cancel an order, request a refund, or report a faulty product. By placing an order on techhub.com.lk you confirm that you have read and accepted this Refund & Return Policy.

Returns

You have 14 days to cancel your order without providing a reason. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Where applicable, it must also be in its original packaging.

Exclusion from the 14-day refund policy — premature expiration of the period

The right to withdraw from your order without a reason, or to request a refund, does not apply to the purchase of digital products where we, as the supplier, have delivered the purchased digital product exactly as set out in the relevant product description/page and no technical issue has occurred when using it. This exclusion applies once you have confirmed your acknowledgement of this refund policy when placing your order on our website.

In special circumstances — where the customer can provide proof that the delivered digital product has not been used, and only after a signed non-use declaration relating to the purchase has been received from the customer — we may review a refund request for an order of digital products.

Antivirus products are non-returnable.

Proof of purchase

To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase (for example, your order number or a copy of the invoice). Please do not send your purchase, or direct your request, to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds (if applicable)

There are certain situations where only a partial refund may be granted — for example, any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm that we have received your returned item and to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

For orders paid by credit/debit card where a refund without a reason is approved, a 5% deduction will be applied to the total order amount to cover the applicable transaction fees and costs. Where a refund is issued due to a fault on our side, no deduction will be applied and the original purchase price will be refunded in full.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your card provider — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@livezentech.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@livezentech.com with your order details.

Returning a digital product

Our products are delivered electronically, so there is nothing to ship back. All returns and refund requests are handled by email — simply contact support@livezentech.com with your order information.

Process of refunds within 14 days

If, for any reason, within 14 days of the date of purchase you decide that you no longer need the purchased product, you are eligible to request a full refund. To do so, please follow the steps below.

Note: products that have already been used are not eligible for return.

  1. Send us a refund request with your order details (e.g. order number, phone number, screenshot of the invoice) by email to support@livezentech.com.
  2. After we receive your request and locate your order, we will review it and let you know whether it is eligible for a refund. If approved, we issue a No-Use Declaration Form to be completed with your personal and order information. Individuals are only required to sign the declaration; for companies we require the signature of an authorised representative together with the company stamp.
  3. If the refund request is approved, we will process your return and refund the product within 48 hours.
  4. Please note that the arrival of the funds depends on your bank and typically takes 5–7 working days.

Note: the signatory of the declaration is legally bound to provide truthful information and will be liable for any false information presented.

In case of a defect

If you receive a defective product, please contact TechHub through any of the following:

We will contact you at our earliest convenience to verify the claim. To help us select the appropriate type of support, please provide visual materials (screenshots) or a detailed description of the issue.

We will always first try to rectify the issue by providing free-of-charge technical support for the affected product, through services such as remote support or phone support. If the issue persists, we offer:

  • A replacement of the affected product, or
  • A refund of the affected product*
