Office 2021 එක අලුත් PC එකකට ගෙනයාමට, licence conflict එකක් විසඳීමට, හෝ අලුත් key එකකට සූදානම් වීමට — පළමුව පවතින licence එක පිරිසිදුව ඉවත් කළ යුතුය. ක්රම හතරක් මෙන්න.
ක්රමය 1 — Microsoft account එකෙන් unlink කරන්න
- ඕනෑම Office app එකක් → File → Account → Manage Account.
- account.microsoft.com → Services & subscriptions වෙත යන්න.
- අදාළ device එකේ Office 2021 installation එක remove/deactivate කරන්න.
ක්රමය 2 — Command එකෙන් key එක ඉවත් කිරීම (Pro Plus සඳහා නිර්දේශිත)
Command Prompt එක administrator ලෙස open කර Office folder එකට යන්න:
cd "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16"
1. Install වී ඇති keys බලන්න:
cscript ospp.vbs /dstatus
Output එකේ ඇති product key එකේ අවසාන characters 5 note කරගන්න.
2. එම key එක ඉවත් කරන්න:
cscript ospp.vbs /unpkey:XXXXX
(XXXXX වෙනුවට එම characters 5 දමන්න.) "Product key uninstall successful" පෙන්විය යුතුය. /dstatus එකේ keys කීපයක් (trial/grace keys ඇතුළුව) ඇත්නම් සියල්ලටම repeat කරන්න.
ක්රමය 3 — Microsoft SaRA tool එක
Microsoft ගේ නොමිලේ ලැබෙන Support and Recovery Assistant (SaRA) tool එක download කර Office activation scenario එක තෝරන්න — licensing state එක auto reset කරයි.
ක්රමය 4 — සම්පූර්ණ uninstall
Settings → Apps → Microsoft Office 2021 → Uninstall — software එකත් local licence එකත් එකට ඉවත් වේ. (CMD මගින් පරණ/trial keys ඉවත් කිරීමේ සම්පූර්ණ ලිපිය: මෙතැනින්.)
ඉවත් වූ බව verify කරන්න
cscript ospp.vbs /dstatus
No licence found පෙන්විය යුතුය. Office (හෝ PC) restart කරන්න. දැන් File → Account → Change Product Key එකෙන් අලුත් key එක ඇතුළත් කළ හැක.
අවවාද
- Key එක ඉවත් කිරීමෙන් Microsoft ගේ activation counter එක auto reset නොවේ — key එක limit එකට ගොස් ඇත්නම් අලුත් PC එකේ phone activation භාවිතා කරන්න (TechHub Get CID tool).
- ඔබ manage නොකරන පරිගණකයක keys ඉවත් කරන්න එපා.
- Delivery email එක ආරක්ෂා කරගන්න —
/dstatusඑකේ full key එක පෙන්වන්නේ නැත.
