Download & install your Office apps
- Go to portal.office.com and sign in with your email and the temporary password we sent you (valid 90 days).
- When prompted, create your own new password.
- Choose Install Office → Other install options.
- Click Yes to proceed with the installation.
- Wait for it to finish — your apps activate automatically.
Notes
- You will receive a separate delivery email with your username and password. It usually arrives within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
- With a Microsoft 365 account you can install Office on up to 5 devices — Windows, Mac, iPad and Android.
- If your login email doesn’t arrive, contact our support.
