Before installing — check version conflicts
Click-to-Run Office products must be the same generation on one PC. Uninstall any older Visio (2016/2019/2021) first, and if you mix Visio 2024 with an older Office suite and the installer complains, update the suite or install via the Office Deployment Tool with matching channels.
Step 1 — Download

Step 2 — Install
- Run the downloaded .exe as administrator.

- Wait for "You're all set!" before closing anything.

- Enter your 25-character product key from the delivery email and click Activate.

Troubleshooting
- Key rejected — copy-paste from the delivery email; confirm the key is for Visio 2024 Professional (not Standard).
- "Another version is installed" — remove old Visio versions via Settings → Apps, restart, and re-run the installer.
- Activation fails online — disable VPN/proxy and retry; if it persists, use phone activation with the TechHub Get CID tool.
