Troubleshooting
Problem: Client එකෙන් ඔයාගේ password එක reject කරනවා.
Solution: බොහෝ providers ඔයාගේ සාමාන්ය login password එක වෙනුවට app password එකක් (2FA එක්ක) හෝ OAuth අවශ්ය කරනවා. ඔයාගේ account settings වල app password එකක් generate කරන්න.
Problem: Mail send කරන්න බැහැ (SMTP errors).
Solution: port 587 with STARTTLS හෝ 465 with SSL පාවිච්චි කරන්න, authentication enable කරන්න, ඒ වගේම SMTP server name එක හරිද කියලා තහවුරු කරගන්න.
Problem: වෙනත් devices වල mail missing වෙනවා.
Solution: messages server එකේ තියෙන්නත්, හැම තැනම sync වෙන්නත්, POP3 නෙවෙයි IMAP පාවිච්චි කරන්න.
Problem: Connection එක time out වෙනවා.
